Boiler and Heating Cover
Our combined central heating and boiler cover provides ongoing maintenance; service and breakdowns you may incur. We do not charge a call out fee if you are covered by one of the contracts we offer. You will receive a fast and reliable service from us with parts and labour guaranteed!
We offer various maintenance plans with an annual service to suit your budget with prices starting for as little as £6.40 per month.
We can also provide a Landlords Gas Safety Check for rented properties for an additional £30 inc. VAT with any of the Care packages offered below.

Platinum Cover
Boiler annual service & fully comprehensive for central heating boiler, controls and the central heating system & parts and labour cover of the plumbing in the property. We provide access to our 24 hour call out service. Plus you receive a 10% discount on any additional work not covered under the Platinum Cover.

Silver Cover
This plan is designed for customers who have had a new central heating system installed and have extended warranty on the boiler. DID YOU KNOW THAT THE WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID IF YOU HAVE THE BOILER SERVICED EACH YEAR. This plan provides full cover for your central heating system including the central heating pipe-work, radiators, radiator valves, cylinder and storage tanks etc, but excludes the boiler and controls we provide priority access to our 24 hour call out service. Plus you receive a 10% discount on any additional work not covered under the Silver Cover. Depending on which boiler it is we can also handle the warranty calls for the boiler as well

Bronze Cover
Boiler annual service and access to our 24 hour call out service.
Included in plan is the annual service of the gas boiler only, any parts or additional labour is charged at our standard rates, we offer a 24 hour response to emergencies, however the attendance and any parts required are charged at our standard rates. On taking out the Bronze Cover we will offer a 10% discount on all work carried out in your property which is not covered by the Bronze Cover.
